Millersheen Baluyos began his journey in Don Juan as a regular member, steadily gaining the respect and trust of the group through his character and dedication. Recognizing his straightforward nature and ability to speak with honesty and clarity, Anna Michelle Buot entrusted him with greater responsibility in helping lead and guide the group. His strength, personality, and example have become an inspiration to others, playing a significant role in shaping Don Juan into the strong and united group it is today.

Anna Michelle Buot was the first leader of Don Juan, guiding the group with dedication and commitment during its early years. She later chose to step down from the leadership role to focus on her family, but her passion for the group never wavered. Today, she continues to play an important role as one of Don Juan’s Assistant Leaders, providing steady support and leadership when needed. She has also been entrusted with responsibilities related to the group’s international engagements, particularly their Korea trips. In this capacity, she effectively communicated with Korean counterparts, allowing the group to enjoy seamless travel arrangements while also ensuring that the team fully understood the requirements and needs for their performances. Her experience, reliability, and dedication remain invaluable to Don Juan’s continued success.

Dan Johnson Erida has been one of the main choreographers of Don Juan since 2010, contributing his creativity, discipline, and artistry to the group’s performances. His dedication to crafting routines that highlight both cultural authenticity and modern expression has helped shape the identity of Don Juan on stage. Through his guidance and choreography, the group has consistently delivered powerful and memorable performances, inspiring members to push their skills while showcasing the group’s unique style to audiences at home and abroad.

Galy Saranillo serves as the Music Director and Assistant Choreographer of Don Juan, playing a vital role in shaping the group’s overall artistic direction. As Music Director, he ensures that every performance is enriched with the right musical arrangements, blending rhythm and harmony to elevate the group’s stage presence. At the same time, his contributions as Assistant Choreographer provide additional creativity and support in developing routines that complement the music and highlight the strengths of the performers. His dual role reflects both his versatility and commitment, making him an essential force behind Don Juan’s continued success.
